• A: Stainless Steel

Q: I made a mistake/typo on the personalization, can this be corrected after the  purchase was finalized? 

• A: Yes, if we are notified immediately after purchase was made and if the product hasn't been engraved or shipped yet.  Please feel free to go to our Contact us page and provide the purchase order # with the item that needs to be corrected. 

Q: Can Dream Bigger Designs make me something that isn't on the products page? 

• Yes!  As long as it is something that our laser is capable of making  We are more than happy to create new projects & accept new ideas or suggestions.  We are in the customized/personalized business ~We take pride in helping our clients feel 100% satisfied. 

Q: How many Logo designs will be provided for me to choose from with the business starter package?

• We will provide 3-5 Logo proposal business designs for you to choose from.
