At Dream Bigger Designs LLC, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, custom graphic design solutions to our clients. To ensure clarity and mutual respect in our working relationship, please review the following policy regarding our design services:
Non-Refundable Design Consultation Fee
We are dedicated to creating 3-5 unique logo designs tailored to your specific needs and preferences. Each design represents a significant investment of our expertise and time. Therefore, a non-refundable design consultation fee of $35 will be applied for the effort involved in the creative process. This fee is applicable regardless of whether the final design is selected. However, if one of our logo designs meets your expectations and you decide to purchase our business starter package, the $35 fee will be waived after the signature is collected.
Terms of Engagement:
- Initial Consultation: We will conduct an initial consultation to understand your design requirements and preferences.
- Design Presentation: We will present 3-5 logo designs based on the consultation.
- Feedback and Revisions: We welcome your feedback and offer one round of minor revisions to the presented designs.
- Non-Selection: If none of the designs meet your expectations, the $35 design consultation fee remains non-refundable to cover the time and resources dedicated to your project.
- Package Purchase: If you choose to proceed with the business starter package after selecting a logo, the $35 fee will be waived upon signing the agreement.
